Exhaustion

Blah, I'm a dork. Yesterday, I couldn't figure out why I was so exhausted, both physically and mentally. Then, I realized, 'Oh, yeah. My body is trying to heal a significant wound to itself!'

I'm kinda surprised at how little pain there was after the extractions though. Right after I got home from the surgery, I fell asleep. A couple hours later, I woke up and felt my lower jaw throbbing in pain. I downed a painkiller and fell back asleep. Since then, though, there's been no pain. Granted, I kept myself pretty doped up on Ibuprofen until this morning.

I did have a small moment of "Oooooh, crap!" when I bit down on a sandwich and felt the stitches break. But, the stitches are the kind that dissolve within ten days so it might have happened anyway.

(God, this post sucks. I'm still woozy.)

Do you have someone that checks in on you when you're sick? I hope you didn't have to do that all alone.

Yeah, my parents were around. Even if they weren't, I generally want to be left alone when I'm sick so it would've been fine.
