Packing List a.k.a. absolutely boring to everybody else

If I don't get horribly lost in St. Paul and end up weeping on the sidewalk while clutching a convenience store map and a Twinkie, I'll probably have another photo journey up in the next couple days.

And just for my reference (because I lose anything written on paper), I pieced together a packing list:

Bicycle (I'd be embarrassed if I forget this), spare tube, patch kit, tire levers, tire pump, multi-tool (As though I can fix anything that breaks...), bike lock, adequate food & water, first aid kit, 2 tshirts, 2 shorts, pants, swimsuit, batteries, camera, maps, flashlight, raincoat, bicycle gloves, tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad (Might send it home if it's tolerable without), spare contact lenses, hairbrush, toothbrush/toothpaste, soap, towel, deodorant, notebook, book, GPS unit.

LOL!! Do you use the GPS Unit to find the packing list you wrote on paper?

with the things in your list, you could go anywhere in the world on your bike and not worry about parts breaking. Enjoy your trip!

Might I suggest a couple of zip lock plastic bags for your camera and electronics?

Fancy - I could probably leave the GPS at home. :D But, it's small and won't take up much space.

MamaFlo - If only I could!

Rino - Hopefully, it won't be necessary. :)

Ferd - Ooh, great idea! I was looking at waterproof camera cases but that sounds much cheaper.
