I keep meaning to write a post here but things just seem to get in the way. On Thursday, I was going to visit the Sculpture Garden near downtown. On the way there, I realized my camera's batteries were dead. When I got home, I found that the other two sets of rechargeable batteries that I use were just as dead.

On Friday, I started getting dizzy spells. If I move my head forward or back, I become off-balanced and I'm literally watching the room move back and forth in a spinning motion. It's probably just something to do with my inner ear. But, until my doctor's appointment tomorrow, I'm somewhat spooked about leaving the house. The last thing I want to do is faint in the middle of the street.

(December 10) Problem solved! Kinda. Benign Positional Vertigo. It's one of those obnoxious conditions where you just wait till it passes while taking motion sickness pills to relieve the symptoms.

A virus or inner ear infection could definitely be causing the dizziness. I hope you feel better.

Sorry to hear you are under the weather. MY husband had that once. He said it makes you feel really wonky. Get well soon!

Wow, sure hope you feel better soon. My mom has a history of vertigo and I understand that it is hereditary so I'm just waiting for it to happen to me. Hasn't really yet, though I do faint easily in all the wrong places.
