Yuck! Looks like Toledo used to (and probably still does.) But I remember many more sunny days in MN than on OH.We haven't had a single snow flake in NC this winter! :-)
Heh, yeah, I imagine most northern US cities look like this in the winter. It's actually been mild this year. It wasn't until January that the snow started up.
