I blogged for the first time in months!

I keep saying that I'm going to start posting to this blog again. I've decided that I'll post today. I can't promise that I'll post tomorrow or the day after or the day after that. But, I'm making a post today.  I also apologize in advance for the 'boring-ness' of this and, possibly, any future posts. I'm not really writing for an audience at the moment. It'simply a 'day in the life' journal.

Anyway, lately I've been strangely obsessed with food and eating out. So, when I needed to run to the bank this afternoon, I decided to stop at Jimmy John's. I hardly ever go to that restaurant simply because Subway is closer. But, today, I wanted something different. I can't speak for their other sandwiches but their Gourmet Veggie Club is waaaaay better than Subway's Veggie Delight. It's not just the different ingredients. (Provolone Cheese > Cheddar or American) The ingredients also seem fresher.

Gourmet Veggie Club - I swear it tastes better than it looks
And, after a ridiculously cold winter where the temperatures were often dipping below zero, the weather today was fabulous and in the high 30's. Even though I had to duck giant puddles of water/slush, everybody seemed so cheerful! And I'm sure the improved weather was to blame.

I like Jimmy Johns better, too. I usually have their tuna sub.

I am using Facebook more, and my blog less.
I am also starting to journal more in my private viJournal. I like it because the desktop version and the iPhone version sync nicely.
Finally, I am doing my life timeline, for the sake of preserving memories. I am filling in all the significant events in my life, as I come across pictures, dates, etc. After researching the various programs and online services, I decided to buy Tiki Toki for my desktop. I couldn't see paying a monthly fee for an online timeline product.

Glad you are still blogging once in a while, and that we see each other on Facebook. I value our eFriendship! :-)

I always feel a bit awkward about using Facebook. It's 95% people I knew twenty years ago, a few family members I don't know well, or strangers that I play Facebook games with. Oddly enough, I like blogging to strangers. But, there's a couple people I met through this blog whose eFriendship I value, including you!
